There are many good reasons to start an apprenticeship with us. One of them is the company's collective bargaining commitment: This not only allows you to benefit from an attractive apprenticeship salary, but also from good employment opportunities in the international Ericsson world. Our training team will ensure that you receive intensive professional and personal support during your apprenticeship. We will also be happy to help you with advice and practical help in pursuing further educational qualifications. And with the support of the JAV (Young Employees and Apprentices Representatives), we are constantly improving the quality of the training in our company. You can find more information in our FAQs.
