Electronic Technician (m/f/d) for Devices and Systems

Electronic technicians for devices and systems control and monitor processes in the production and maintenance of devices in the field of information and communication technology as well as for medical purposes. They create production documents, set up manufacturing and testing machines and participate in quality assurance. On top of that, they handle the procurement of components and equipment and support technicians or engineers with the implementation of orders. They install and configure programs or operating systems, check components, work out device documentation and create layouts. Repairs also fall within the scope of their duties. In the field of customer service and equipment repair, electronic technicians for devices and systems locate the sources of error and replace defective parts. They also advise customers and instruct users in the handling of the devices.

Your tasks

  • Development and manufacture of radio technology equipment, devices and systems
  • Developing printed circuit boards with a CAE layout system
  • Creating microcontroller programs in different programming languages
  • Learning the basics of installation technology
  • Applying measurement and test technology according to specified quality requirements
  • Testing of devices according to VDE/DGUV (training as a qualified electrician)

Your profile

  • Mittlere Reife, GCSE, high school diploma or equivalent, or entrance qualification for advanced technical colleges or general universities
  • Good results in maths, physics and information technology
  • Enthusiasm for technical challenges
  • Fine motor skills
  • Perfect colour vision (no colour blindness)
  • Enjoy electronics and data processing
  • Good team player with good communication skills

  • 3.5 years
