Technical Product Designer (m/f/d)

Technical product designers are involved in the development of technical products and make product ideas and customer wishes visible. In cooperation with the development and design departments, they use 3D CAD systems to create three-dimensional models, for example of antennas. They design and construct components and assemblies, and elaborate design details, variants and changes. When creating drawings, i.e. 2D drawing derivations, they observe the relevant standards and insert the function, production and test-related dimensioning. Taking into account economic and technical requirements, they select materials, standard parts, machine elements as well as production and assembly processes. They also create parts lists and technical documents for production. They maintain product documentation, manage the different development versions and back up the data.
