This is the result of a recent customer satisfaction survey conducted on behalf of Kathrein under the scientific supervision of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Anton Meyer, Head of the Institute for Marketing at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (LMU). More than 300 customers from all regions of the world and all business units participated in the anonymous study – more than ever before.

The survey, conducted every other year, proves Kathrein’s claim to be pioneer and pace setter in today’s connected world by providing unique know-how. “Compared to previous studies, customers rate the company’s innovative strength significantly higher,” says Prof. Dr. Meyer. Kathrein achieved best ratings especially for its ability to solve particularly complex challenges.
