Kathrein Brings Hans-Joachim Ziems to the Management Board
The company is facing fundamental challenges, especially in process management, which can be handled much better with support from an experienced expert. "We have to realise that the extensive efforts made in recent years have not yet achieved the desired success," says Anton Kathrein, CEO of the Kathrein Group.
Ziems comes in to help further improve the group-wide cost situation and implement planned measures more quickly. He will also push ahead with the preparations for the planned conversion of KATHREIN-Werke KG into a public limited European company (SE). "Hans-Joachim Ziems has many years of experience with restructuring companies, which will be very useful to us. We are placing great trust in him," Kathrein continues.
