If your repair is not covered by warranty you will receive a quotation for the repair from us.
If the repair is rejected by you, the device will be disposed of free of charge by us and you will incur no additional charges. At your request we will return the device to you.
During the warranty period you can send the device free of charge to us via your dealer from whom your appliance was purchased.
The repair time is usually 5-10 working days.
How to Have Your Device Repaired
- Before the product is dispatched it should be checked for incorrect operation/installation.
If in doubt please contact our Customer Service.
- Please use our repair form with your shipment.
- Pack the unit properly and securely. We cannot accept any liability for damage during transit.
- Send the package including the repair form and the proof of purchase to one of the repair centres mentioned below. Please also ensure that your package has sufficient postage.
